1 — Data Controller

The data controller is PACKFEVER, publisher of the Dream Team Cards service. For any question about your data, you can write to contact@packfever.com.

2 — Data We Collect

We only collect the data necessary for the service to work:

• Account data: Sorare username, email address, password (encrypted), login identifier (Google, Twitter or email, as you choose).
• Gameplay data: card collection, match history, quests, rankings, virtual currencies (TR, TT).
• Purchase data: purchase history. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe — we never store them.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, error logs, anonymized usage data.

3 — Purposes (why we use them)

• Create and manage your account.
• Run the game (matches, packs, quests, rankings).
• Process payments and card transfers to Sorare.
• Send you service-related emails and, with your consent, game news.
• Send push notifications, if you have enabled them.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and multi-accounting.
• Improve the stability and security of the service.

4 — Third-Party Providers

We share some data with providers only to the extent necessary for the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Sorare — verification and linking of your Sorare account, transfer of won cards.
• Brevo — sending emails (service and news).
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Sentry — technical error detection.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

5 — Data Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, it is erased or anonymized, subject to legal retention obligations (notably accounting requirements for purchase data).

6 — Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object. To exercise these rights, write to contact@packfever.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

7 — Security

Passwords are encrypted. Payments go through Stripe. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, without being able to guarantee absolute security on the internet.

8 — Minimum Age

The service is reserved for people who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9 — Changes

This policy may be updated. Any significant change will be announced on the Platform. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
